Local Chapter Coordinator
Abby has worked for the Illinois Department on Aging for the last nine years, helping seniors and the disabled of Illinois help themselves. She is a single parent of three beautiful children, who constantly keep her on her toes. Her goal in activism is to not only provide a better future for her children, but to also elevate all the people of Illinois.
Alisa believes passionately in the power of politics to change people's lives. Holding a law degree and a Ph.D. in political science, she uses her background to inform and strengthen her political advocacy work. She has taught Constitutional Law and Civil Rights at Northwestern University and, as co-president of her local animal shelter association, helped manage over 150 volunteers. Before earning her degrees, Alisa worked in strategic branding and communication. She lives with her husband and a motley crew of rescue dogs who always keep her smiling.
Jessica is a former real estate managing broker with deep ties to her local community. She currently spends the majority of her time happily raising her two young boys and volunteering at their schools within their township. She's passionate about volunteering and raising awareness for human and animal rights, she firmly believes everyone deserves respect, equal opportunity, and a quality life. She most recently was asked to be a member of the Eversight Illinois Auxiliary Board where planning events to raise funds and awareness is crucial to the mission. Jessica also volunteers for Holt International to help secure sponsorship for orphaned children across the globe.
